well , work is as per normal . getting more familiar with the system .
was actually doing email most of the times . argh ! but quite tiring cos
u are doing the same old routine everyday . sitting in the office for so
long hours . i dun quite like sitting in the office . using hand and eyes to do
work . it a tiring job for my eyes to look into the com for 10 hours .
imagine 10hours i was facing the computer ?! sigh !
but clique ard me are quite friendly and one joker! laugh !
sad to hear tat one of my clique is leaving soon .. no one to seek
for help in future ! omg! after work , dear's came to fetch me from work.
went to look for his mum & ah gong! dine dinner together !

Hot plate tofu,Sambal Kangkong,Hot plate deer meat & Sweet and Sour pork.

bascially today im kinda feel prove of myself ! opps . Juliana, u shld be humble !
alright lahs . shall share with you guys . well , todae i got to ans a customer call
in the morning .. and the first word from his mouth say : "i want to speak to your manager"!
den i was like "stunt 0.0" . he was freaking fed up with acer call center.
he say got one lady put him on hold, and he was listening to the 95Fm radio
on the phone for 1 solid hour! and i was talking with him for 20mins?
and i solved the problem . clap clap ! hehes . informed Edmund abt this case actually .
hehes ! and in the later noon , received another complained again . laugh !
wah! the son spoken to me in the end pass to his mother . kpkb ! so i one ear in one ear out .
laugh ! aftermath , solved the problem .. hehe ! happy! (: well , how to encounter this problem, is to put ourself in their shoes .
and yes , i did it . archivement of the day ... after work, dear's came to fetch me .

was attached to a engineer to observe what/how they handle customer's
enquiry/troubleshooting over the phone . i rmb Derick question-ed us
asking why we choose to attend this internship? and i answer , cos i wana to challenge
myself and gaining as much experience/knowledge in the outside world .. and i found tat
facing the outside world is a challenges . nt only gaining experience but going extra miles!cos we wont be able to know what got to happened next .
and everyday we are receiving all sort of customer asking all sort
of funny question . there is a quote that i wana share w everyone who may consent .
"if you skipped the lesson , the world will teach's you the lesson in different path" .
Derick say:"no matter what customer had complain , that doesnt affect our souls" .
and we shouldnt bring back home all the unhappy stuff/work stuff . it will eventually
bring unhappiness issues at home or even friends ... agree??

First day of work
yes , as what i mention either on , i am currently working @ Acer Company .
i was attached to technical support department/Call Center Section .
today was some kind of theory base . was introducing about what are we supposed
to do . and what is the flow in the company ... and somehow i wasnt really satisfied
is we need to work including SATURDAY!! grr ! shag ! but it an alternative sat .
hope i can get the suitable slot . after work , dear's came to fetch me from work .
so sweet of him ! bus-ed half way, darlink's ring me up . hence , she decided
to look for us @ queensway . while waiting for darlink's&Co , dear's bring me to
meet his mum,ah gong and uncle . laugh! hence , headed to mac to dine our dinner
over there . well , there some unhappy stuff happen which i tink i shld elaborate it here .

basically , morning met up with dear's @ pioneer .
cabbed down to bedok and met up w winston&priscilla .
while waiting for ah xiong & co , headed to kopitiam to had our
breakfast . after sometime , they reached. hence , dear's & co
went to do their preparation . half way thru the event , it started
to pour heavily !!! half of my body was wet thru , but i din realli care much .
BUT when dear's notice that i was actually wet , he was so caring and
help to clean myself dry . hahas . opps . dear's i appreciated wad u done for me (:
after the whole event , dear's & co went to the salon and wash hair!!
therefore , after washing come blowing , ah xiong's & co went back to troupe
while dear's & i went somewhere to slacked . sames goes for winston&priscilla..
ard late noon cabbed to mustafa to purchase some product ?
duno what is tat called either . after purchasing, cabbed down to chinatown
and met up w mei's . while dear's was doing the preparation, mei's suggested
to had our dinner . after dinner , back to looked for dear's . acc him to
had his dinner too . right after that , went in to looked some performance's.
din manage to stayed there for long to see dear's performance's . =( well , i hope
there's the next time to see dear's perform again ya (: hence , trained back home
and parted w mei's @ boon lay. that's all for today . tmr gona start work le !

yes ! woke up late today ! due to last nite slept quite late !
A's called me and so get prepared and cabbed down to
woodland ring ? so wu lu wu lu ! hence , met up w A's
and those lion dance fellow ... well , hence lorry back to redhill .
after a while , A's friend fetch me to redhill mrt station to met up
w darlink's ! wee wee ! pretty girl walking toward to me ! ((:
trained to town as per normal ... had our lunch at LJS
and had our dinner at Xin Wang Cineleisure ...
darlink's ordered Mango Ice , Chicken Congee while i ordered
Peach Ice Blend and Pork Chop Soup beeHoon which cost us
SGD 30.10 bucks .. which include 10% service charge and 7%GST! k lahs . picture shall do the talking ~ enjoy ! (:
